1. 1. Initial Consultation – we’ll get to know you, your unique circumstances, and discuss how we can help you achieve your housing goals.
   2. Project Planning and Design – during this phase, we’ll review the project estimate, statement of work, and communicate the project schedule. We’ll also discuss design options and ensure project funding is in place.
   3. Preparation – the project team will prepare the site and get ready to execute. We’ll plan for touchpoints with you throughout the process and ensure all your questions are addressed. Homeowners are encouraged to check in and discuss progress as desired.
   4. Construction – construction begins! Your project team will execute the plan according to the SOW, and we’ll work with your lender or funding source to ensure your project progresses on time and within budget. Any approved changes will be routed through the proper channels.
   5. Project Completion – your project is completed! At this phase, construction and final inspections are completed. You can relax and enjoy your newly built or newly renovated home.
